1x photographer for 8-10 hours
- All usable images color-edit and return in soft copy. Usual lead time is 6-8 weeks after event.

1x videographer for 8-10 hours
- 1x highlight video (around 4-6 mins)
- 1x compiled video (45-60mins)

Couples are to provide transport arrangements for the photographer and videographer if there are multiple locations. The photographer usually travel in the bridal car or entourage car.

An email confirmation will be sent to you within 3 business days. A full refund will be returned if we are unavailable on your event date.

No early morning charge.

Terms & Conditions:
- Photo selections and video edits are made at photographer and videographer’s discretion.
- Raw and unedited images and video clips will not be returned.

Date Changes:
- Postponement is allowed up to a year original event date. Please inform us through email contact@withminn.com at least 1 month in advance.

Cancellations:
- 50% of the payment will be refunded for cancellations made at least 1 month before event. No refund will be given for cancellations made within less than a month to the event date.

- In engaging our service, you agree to grant WithMinn Photography and its photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, and use the photographs for any purpose which may include advertising, publicity, promotion, or marketing. You waive any and all rights to compensation for the use of the photographs and release the WithMinn Photography from any claims or liability that may arise in connection with the use of the photographs by any person.
