- All usable images color-edit and return in soft copy. Usual lead time is 6-8 weeks after event.

An email confirmation will be sent to you within 3 business days. A full refund will be returned if we are unavailable on your event date.

Terms & Conditions:
- Photo selections are made at photographer’s discretion.
- Raw and unedited images will not be returned.

Date Changes:
- Postponement is allowed up to a year original event date. Please inform us through email contact@withminn.com at least 1 month in advance.

Cancellations:
- 50% of the payment will be refunded for cancellations made at least 1 month before event. No refund will be given for cancellations made within less than a month to the event date.

- In engaging our service, you agree to grant WithMinn Photography and its photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, and use the photographs for any purpose which may include advertising, publicity, promotion, or marketing. You waive any and all rights to compensation for the use of the photographs and release the WithMinn Photography from any claims or liability that may arise in connection with the use of the photographs by any person.
